Where is indoo in Malta?
indoo is at 51 Triq Muscat Azzopardi in Ħal Qormi, QRM 2665 — inland and central, which is exactly why we can get food to the whole island. Directions, bus routes and parking are on the find us page.
Is indoo a takeaway or a restaurant?
Both, leaning takeaway. Everything is built to be boxed and carried, so most people collect at the counter or order delivery. There is seating if you would rather eat it there while it is still steaming.
How long does an order take?
Minutes, not a whole evening. The curries simmer through the day and are portioned to order, so a collection order is usually ready in around ten minutes. That is the entire point of the place.
Do you have vegetarian and vegan Indian food?
Yes. The tadka dal is vegan, the garlic naan and cheese naan are vegetarian, and the rogan josh and vindaloo both come in a vegetarian version. Our rice, chutneys and mango coconut curry work for plant-based orders too. See the full menu for every dish.
How spicy is the vindaloo?
Three out of three on our heat scale, and we do not quietly tone it down. If you want it hotter, ask nicely at the counter. If you want the same flavour without the burn, the madras sits at two and the butter chicken at one.

Online ordering switches on the day the shop opens, both direct from this site and through the delivery apps most people in Malta already use. Until then the order page lists every way to reach us.
Do you cater for allergies?
Tell us before you order and we will walk you through every dish. Our sauces are made in our own kitchen, so we know exactly what is in them. We cannot promise an allergen-free kitchen — nuts, dairy and gluten are all in use.
